Do I have to create a customer account?

No, it's not necessary to create an account. But there are several advantages.
Creating an account makes it easier for you when you order the next time, because you needn't provide your personal data once more.
You needn't finish shopping, because the products you've selected stay in your shopping cart, even if you logoff from our system.
So you can continue shopping later.

We recommend creating a customer account.

How can I pay?

You can pay via PayPal and (within Europe) Bank Transfer.   

I'm looking for german products you don't have in your assortment...

No problem! Tell us what you're looking for, usually we can add these items to our store within a short time.

I have difficulties to understand the German preparing instructions of some products...

No problem! We can help by translating the German instructions into English if you wish.

I live outside European Union. Do I have to pay sales tax (VAT)?

No! Just create a customer account, our system will deduct sales tax from our prices as soon you're logged on.

Your software doesn't calculate shipping weight correctly...

We also have to add some weight for packaging material. That's why a package of 10 pieces of 200 grams is calculated as 2500 grams.
